Malicious software - Ad disapproval

Hello, the site is being perceived as malicious software. I believe the reason is the question-answer plugin and the theme. I received an email from Google Ads saying that I should remove links with the css extension in the theme files. They want many links to be removed. Apparently, the site is seen as malicious due to these links! If I remove the theme and the plugin, my site will have no purpose. I had an idea. What if I set up a dummy site and send the site to the advertisement with a short article? Of course, many people may not even click on the link to my actual site in the dummy site. Can I get your valuable opinions?
