Meaningless folders have been appearing for the past 2 days.

For the past 2 days, I have been experiencing various folders appearing on my laptop. Some are empty, while others contain 2 files that won't open. I'm not sure why this is happening. Additionally, for about 5 days now, I have been facing extreme freezing and drop issues while playing games, and even when opening Opera, it gets stuck on a white screen. Sometimes I delete the folders, but they reappear when I restart. I would appreciate your assistance with this matter.
