Merging two databases

Hello friends. I have two different MySQL databases, both belonging to WordPress sites. I want to transfer the wp_posts table from one of these databases to the same-named table in the other database, in order to create a single table. I tried to do this operation using PhpMyAdmin but was unsuccessful. I would appreciate your help on how to accomplish this. Thank you.
