Minecraft Aternos Bedrock server cannot be accessed.

As mentioned in the title, I set up a Bedrock server via Aternos. It was running smoothly until November 18, 2023. That evening, three of us logged into the game, but the next day we couldn't log in again. We kept receiving an error message saying "cannot connect to the world." I am sure that I entered the correct IP and port. I also tried the option for a dynamic IP generated after the server was opened. I am using a pirated version of Bedrock on my computer, and I did not use an emulator, but I fixed it with a patch file. I am not sure where the issue is coming from, whether on my end or on the Aternos site. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
