Minecraft Spigot server won't start. Please help.

A few days ago, I created a 1.21 Spigot server and played comfortably with my friends without any lag. However, now when I try to open it again, the CMD window opens and closes a few seconds later, despite adding "pause" to the .bat file. Therefore, I can't see the error. What should I do? We are playing using Hamachi, and I didn't want to bother with opening ports.
