Moving the record at the end of Sql to the forefront

Hello teachers. I have added a data entry to my database and the ID of this data automatically came as 100, but I want to change it to 51, as 51 is currently taken. I need to write a query here, but I couldn't figure out the logic. I need to change the ID of the data with ID 100 to 51, and increment the IDs of data from 51 onwards by 1.
