My AdSense account got penalized due to traffic from Instagram.

Hello friends, I have a blog with decent organic traffic, but wow, the social media traffic is amazing. I shared the link on Instagram Stories for three consecutive days, and unfortunately, AdSense banned me. It's temporary... There seems to be a filtering option. I have two questions: 1- How do I go about filtering? 2- If I filter out Instagram traffic, will they not be able to access the site? And even if they do, will they not see ads? Please respond urgently.
