My AdWords Account Has Been Suspended, What Can I Do?

Friends, my ads account was suspended because I unintentionally violated the ad policy while placing an advertisement. Despite sending numerous emails, they didn't reinstate my account. As a result, I closed my ads account, but I'm unsure about how I'll receive payments from YouTube in the future. Currently, I need 2,000 more hours of watch time and 500 more subscribers to start earning money. I have completed half of the requirements. Will I face any issues in the future due to the suspension when my YouTube account becomes eligible for monetization?
