My Adwords Advertisement Is Not Getting Approved

Hello friends, I want to advertise one of my videos on my Youtube channel, but AdWords is not getting approved for about 3-4 days now, and I have emailed them but they haven't responded. :/ Why might my ad not be approved? Topic: Manipulation Daily Budget: 1 TL Maximum Budget Per View: 1 Kuru? (0.01 TL) Am I losing from the budget, the topic, or is there another reason, valuable friends? Thank you.
