My Forum Does Not Receive Adsense Approval

Hello everyone, I have opened a forum website. It has actually been a while since I opened it, but I wasn't paying much attention to it. Lately, I have started to focus on it and the site has started to receive more visits. I am trying to get approval from Google AdSense, but they keep rejecting me. I can't figure out what the problem is. They don't mention lack of content because there is content. Can you help? My website: Link This wasn't the original theme. There was a better theme, but some said I might not get AdSense approval with it, so I changed it. The previous theme had Ajax statistics and many other plugins, but they didn't approve that either.
