Hello friends, As I mentioned in the title, my Google Ads account has been suspended due to a policy violation for bypassing systems. I did not do anything that would warrant a suspension. However, 3 days after the suspension, I noticed that my website was occasionally redirecting to other sites. Somehow, it had been infected with malicious software. Therefore, I completely deleted my website and rebuilt it from scratch. Currently, everything seems to be fine. I have removed all campaigns, deleted payment methods, and left only myself. I have also thoroughly reviewed the bypassing systems policies multiple times, writing detailed explanations in Turkish and English a total of 6 times to appeal the suspension, but I have not received any positive responses. There have been some back-and-forth emails in some appeals, but they always ended negatively. They still claim that the violation persists, and despite my request for more detailed information, they are not providing it. Now, our company is in a difficult situation. We provide advertising for a local service. Our customers cannot reach us. Is there anyone who can help? What should I do?
