My Papara balance hasn't been deposited into my account. Is anyone currently experiencing the same issue?

I sent money from my own bank account to my Papara account 50 minutes ago, but the money is not appearing in my Papara account yet. Since I always send money quickly from the same account, the issue cannot be on my end. I have sent the receipt via email and called customer service. It is under review. I used to praise Papara so much, but I am disappointed now. Is there anyone else experiencing a similar issue?
