I created a campaign for my YouTube video on Google Ads about 20 days ago. The campaign appears to be active but has not yet started running. When I called Google Ads' offices in Turkey, they said the campaign is under review and they will transfer me to a department for a more detailed inquiry. I have been waiting on the phone for 30 minutes, but no one is answering, they keep putting me on hold. Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
