MySQL Help / Error with not being able to add emojis

Hello, we want to add emojis while organizing the categories of the website, but we are encountering an error when we add them. Instead of the emoji, a question mark appears like this "???". I have searched in a few places but couldn't solve it. Currently, I am using "utf8mb4_general_ci" in phpmyadmin - options - collation. What should I do to add emojis to the table?
