Friends, to avoid hindering visitors on my blog site and prevent online web errors, I set up the same backup on localhost using Wampserver. I wish I hadn't done that. I made some adjustments and wrote new posts on the website. I felt the need to connect to phpMyAdmin but couldn't, and I noticed something was faulty. I can't access phpMyAdmin. All my information is correct, but I'm getting an error. Even if I enter it incorrectly, I get the same error: mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/2002): Connection refused due to target machine actively rejecting it. In the phpmyadmin/config.inc file, I input the details as follows, but it's not working. When I enter Wamp, there is a screen showing that I accidentally installed MariaDB while installing it. Currently, it's selected as MariaDB, not MySQL, and it doesn't restart. *I updated my computer, I don't know if that caused it. *I tried changing the port to 81 in the apache .conf file, but it doesn't work. I can connect to localhost correctly. The only problem is accessing the database through phpMyAdmin. How can I access it? Can I take a backup of the database through another method? If I uninstall Wampserver, will the database be deleted? Do you have any different solutions? I await your assistance.
