Hello, I need to set up a relational database. This will be the database for an audit program. It will include all individuals, Auditors, Audit certificates, and Departments. An administrator will create an audit plan. They will select the department to be audited, the person conducting the audit, the relevant certification, and the audit dates. The selected auditor will then enter the area audited, the individual audited, and other details into the system after the audit. I need to establish a relational database. I am open to your suggestions. If someone is willing to help for a fee and can set up the relational database for me completely, I will accept it. I don't think there will be a need for too many tables, but I lack experience and am stuck. Thank you.
