phpMyAdmin Issue

Hello friends, when I try to access my phpMyAdmin panel, I am unable to perform any actions. Whenever I click on a menu, it shows a loading message and stays there. I have contacted my hosting company and they say it might be browser-related. I have tried accessing it on three different browsers, but the issue persists. Do you have any information on what might be causing this?
