I am trying to create artificial intelligence using Lang?rt chain Vector dB and llm. I was using OpenAI, but it couldn't even create embeddings and charges a fee. Is there a platform where I can create embeddings for free? Which llm would be most suitable on that platform? I will provide the codes and the error. Can you help?
