Please recommend a simple ready-made script for a website?

I am going to set up an e-commerce website instead of a blog forum. For instance, I tried Joomla, but I couldn't use the themes effectively. There aren't many professional options. Isn't there something simple and user-friendly out there? I actually liked the Vica theme in Joomla, but I couldn't design the site. A helping hand to teach me would make it perfect.
