Problem with uploading a backup on phpMyAdmin

Hello friends. I have a backup from 2016 in VB4 SQL. I installed Vbulletin4 locally on my PC with Wampserver, created an empty database via phpmyadmin, and when I try to import it, I receive the following errors and warnings. I choose to ignore the warnings, but then it gets stuck with an error and the site does not open. I would appreciate your support.
