Question2Answer theme customization

Hello everyone, hopefully I did not open the topic in the wrong place. We have decided to use the Question2Answer software for our new project. We would like to make some minor changes to the existing theme. We also want to add a private message system; after user login, a "Private Messages" option will be added to the menu, and we want to have notification pop-ups when a message is received. If anyone is familiar with Question2Answer software, please provide a quote via private message, and we will get back to you. Attached is the screenshot of the theme we desire. We want it to be designed in this style to clarify our expectations using Photoshop. Attached below are small sections as examples; for instance, the top section will include the most voted items, and the second section will feature the most answered questions.
