Ready SQL File for PhpMyAdmin

Hello, I opened a website for myself from infinityfree to learn PHP and MySQL more comfortably. I encountered an issue with the control panel there. Now, I was going to create a registration system for the website, but I need to create a table from phpMyAdmin, unfortunately, I can't create a table when I log into phpMyAdmin. I need to create a database in the admin panel there, and I'm getting the #1044 access denied error. I have emailed the site a lot for this issue, but unfortunately, I haven't received any results. With the help of a friend, I have access to an SQL file there, and it seems that there are preparations in that SQL file that will fix this error. Is there an SQL file that will resolve this issue? The site is good, I have even made a lot of plans and projects, like creating registration.php, login.php, and then linking to the homepage with ads. But the problem is that I can't create a table there. Can you help me with this? In other words, is there a ready-made membership file in the sql file available in phpMyAdmin there?
