Realtek(R) Audio is not appearing on the MSI Vector GP76 12UHSO laptop.

I am using a laptop (MSI Vector GP76 12uhso). I purchased and installed Avast driver updater, and after updating all drivers, the Realtek (R) Audio is no longer visible in the sound devices section and no sound is coming from the laptop speakers. I reinstalled Windows and tried deleting and reinstalling the driver several times, but it still does not appear. I even formatted the laptop and started from scratch, but the issue remains. Can anyone who knows about this issue help me?
