Recommendation for foreign hosting service

We are considering opening an MC server with a team. As someone who has been hosting servers in TR for years, I have found all the hosting services I've tried to have terrible internet. I've heard (logically, kindly) that European companies don't have this issue. Do you have any recommended companies? I'm aware that they may be a bit more expensive than TR-based ones.
