Recommendation for settings on OBS in the i5-13420h system.

Hello friends, I am shooting videos for my channel. However, even though my computer is good, I am experiencing drops and video lag due to recording settings. Do you have any recommendations for settings? My system information is as follows:

Intel i5 13420H.
NVIDIA RTX 4060.
16 GB DDR5 RAM.
