Recommendation for VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) for Minecraft

Hello. We are playing Survival with 3 people on version 1.20.1 without mods. Currently, our server is open on Exaratonda, but we will switch to VDS as our Exaraton credits ran out. Any recommendations for us?

I found Source Bili?im and Bat?host appealing, but I can't decide which one is more reliable. My budget is 120 TL, by the way.
