Recommended PHP News Script

Friends, I have been researching for a month but still haven't been able to reach a conclusion. I've looked at various news scripts like Gazisoft, but I had to give up because their Google PageSpeed test results were low. Do you have any scripts to recommend with good PageSpeed test results? I can't offer extravagant amounts.
