Redirecting a site banned by Btk

Hello, one of my websites has been blocked by the BTK (Information and Communication Technologies Authority). I want to redirect this site by obtaining a new domain. The articles on my site were ranking for some of my key words. This means that the articles were ranking instead of the homepage. Now, how do I redirect both the homepage and the articles? How can I best manage this task? Will the site ranking for the new domain replace the old domain?
