Redirecting a site banned by Btk

Hello, one of my websites has been blocked by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK). I would like to redirect this website to a new domain. Some of my articles were ranking for certain keywords on this website. In other words, the articles were ranking instead of the homepage. Now, how can I redirect both the homepage and the articles to the new domain? What is the best way to handle this situation? Will my site's ranking transfer to the new domain replacing the old one?
