Redirecting a site banned by Btk

Hello, one of my websites has been blocked by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK). I would like to redirect this website to a new domain. Some of the articles on my website were ranking for certain keywords. That is, the articles were ranking instead of the homepage. Now, how can I redirect both the homepage and the articles? How can I best handle this situation? Will the site ranking transfer from the old domain to the new domain?
