Regarding the suspended account

Hello friends. I was running ads on a relative's website through Google Ads. While I was away in the military, someone was given access to the account and added their own website. As a result, the account was suspended. I created a new AdWords account with a new email address and made the payment. However, 10 minutes later, I received a message stating that this new account was also suspended due to suspicious activity in the payment. The payment card used was ours. I wonder if they suspended the account again due to the old account (which I had already canceled).
