Regarding the suspended account

Hello friends. I used to advertise on a relative's site through Google Ads, while I was in the military, someone got hold of the information they had given to them and added their own site to the account, causing it to be suspended. I then opened a new AdWords account with a new email address and, 10 minutes after making a payment, received a message that this account was also suspended due to suspected fraudulent activity in the payment. The payment card used was our own card. Could it be that they suspended the account again because of the old account? (I had already cancelled the old account)
