Renting a CS 1.6 JB server

Hello, I am thinking of renting a Jailbreak server. I will rent it from the website gamehosting.com. I don't really know how to set up Jailbreak. I have been playing CS 1.6 since I was 8 years old. I would be very happy if you could advise and guide me on how to set up and use it.
