Reusing Deleted Site Content

We are currently considering closing our existing website, deleting the content, and sharing the same content with a new domain. However, there are concerns about Google perceiving the content on the new site as duplicate content. How can we resolve this? We want to transfer the content to the new domain. We will completely delete the content from the old site and close it. All the content is original already. We await your assistance.
