Selecting Data from 5th to 10th Records in SQL

Hello, I'm stuck on a query issue in SQL. I used to do it before but now I've forgotten the details of it. How can I select all data between the 5th and 10th data in SQL? Please note, this should be based on the order of the data, not the ID. Thank you in advance.
