We are experiencing a serious issue. We purchased a server with a Ryzen 9 3900X processor and 24 GB RAM from saganetwork.net. Despite having 51 plugins and running 4 worlds with 14 TPS, we have been unable to use the service effectively. We requested a refund, but it was declined. Can anyone provide suggestions on what we can do in this situation?
