We are facing a serious issue. We purchased a server with Ryzen 9 3900X processor and 24 GB RAM from saganetwork.net. The server is running 51 plugins with 4 worlds at 14 TPS. We have been unable to use the service, and our request for a refund was denied. Can someone provide suggestions on what we can do in this situation?
