I bought an English movie website theme from the website called Bionluk. The sales representative claimed to be the distributor of the children's theme, showed great interest, installed it, and partially taught me how to use it. After confirming the order on Bionluk, the representative said they didn't know the answer to my other question. So, I went to the theme's website and asked about it. They told me that they don't have such a representative and that I was sold something illegal (warez). When I entered Bionluk's site, the representative blocked me. I wrote to the solution center that I would file a complaint, and at first, he accused me of lying. Later, he unblocked me and said through private messages that he would go to prison, get a trillion-lira fine, and lose his job as a 20-year-old. He said he did it for these reasons. He also mentioned that he would refund my money. I didn't file a complaint. However, it's been two days, and he still hasn't refunded my money, which I need to prevent my newly opened site from being linked to illegal activities. He also deleted his information and ads on Bionluk. But my account name is still there, and the solution center is asking me to provide screenshots of our conversations as evidence. Is it possible to go to jail for a 200 lira theme? I didn't send the screenshots proving that the sales representative claimed to be legitimate to Bionluk because I didn't want him to go to prison. However, he might be lying about this too. Also, now that the real owners of the theme know about my website, could they report me this time? What do you think?
