Should we expect the content to be indexed automatically on the newly launched website?

Hello friends, when we enter content into a newly opened site, of course, it takes a long time to get indexed, sometimes weeks, and some posts may not even get indexed. Is there any harm in manually indexing them? Would manually indexing cause any issues, or should we wait for it to get indexed naturally? This may take a long time.
