Since the SemRush optimization, my ranking has dropped.

After implementing the page optimization recommendations from SEMrush when my article was ranking 13th, I dropped to the 40s in search results. Does anyone know why this happened? The keyword's competitiveness shows as "easy 0" on Ahrefs.
