SMTP mail settings

Hello, I purchased a classified ad script from an Internet site, but the SMTP mail settings of the script are not working. I explained this issue to the place I bought it from, and they asked me to provide information about my server to check if the PHP mail module is enabled. They mentioned that for security reasons, the PHP mail module cannot be enabled on my server. Now, the problem is that no notification is received when an ad is posted on the site during user registration. Is there anyone who can help me with this issue and how much would it cost?
