SMTP mail settings

Hello, I purchased an advertisement script from an Internet website, however the SMTP mail settings of the script are not working. I explained this issue to the place where I bought it, and they asked me to provide information about my server to check if the PHP mail module is enabled. Due to security reasons, they confirmed that the PHP mail module cannot be enabled on my server. Now, the problem is that when users sign up to the website and post an advertisement, no notification is received. Is there anyone who can help me with this issue?
