Spam Score is not decreasing!

Hello friends, hope you're doing well. I have a website about Crypto and it hasn't been open for too long. When I first got it, I had bought a ready-made theme along with its content. However, the spam score was high, reaching 72. Following the advice of a friend from the forum, I deleted that content (except for what I had written) and started adding new articles. I also began to increase backlinks and ordered a backlink package with the help of a friend from the forum. In short, I have been working on these types of activities but the spam score hasn't decreased. Although the DA and PA are increasing, especially PA, the SS hasn't gone down.
