Spam Score Isn't Decreasing!

Hello friends, good work! I have a website about crypto that hasn't been around for long, of course, with a spam score of 72. When I first got it, I had bought a ready theme with its content. Upon seeing a high spam count, based on a friend's advice from a forum, I removed that content (except for what I had written myself) and started adding new articles. I also began to increase backlinks and ordered a backlink package from a forum friend at the beginner level. In short, I am doing these kinds of activities, but the spam score hasn't dropped. DA and PA are increasing, especially PA, but the spam score remains unchanged. What could be the reason for this? Could you please take a look at my website and provide guidance? Crypto
