SQL issue on the new server

Hello, I've switched to a new server and I have a SQL issue, or rather, I have different 3 to 4 SQL issues, meaning it's not just one, but all of them have a utf8mb4 error. How can I resolve this? Is it possible to add utf8mb4 to the MySQL of the new server in the easiest way?
