SQL Server Management Studio connection issue (not in services) [resolved]

Hello, I installed SQL Server Management Studio 2016 on my computer. When I tried to open it, I encountered a connection issue as it is not showing the local server. I checked the services and couldn't find SQL Browser there. It is also not visible in the computer management. What should I do about this SQL problem? I would be very happy if you could help me urgently. Thank you in advance
