static IP addresses

Hello friends, I've researched but couldn't find it anywhere. Now, I'm thinking of getting IP addresses like 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10. However, despite contacting several companies, I couldn't find them. They all say automatic IP assignment and do not provide IPs as I want. Where can I find these IPs or can I get them from Vodafone since I use Vodafone home internet service in this way??
