Streamlabs Twitch broadcast is excessively choppy.

I want to start live streaming for my friends, but no matter what settings I adjust, it's not working. The stream keeps buffering and freezing. Basically, there is no smooth stream even for 2 seconds. What settings do I need to adjust? I will mention the settings I have tried myself. What are the things I might be missing or doing wrong, and how can I stream smoothly without lagging or freezing?
