Streamlabs Twitch stream is extremely lagging.

I want to start broadcasting to my friends, but no matter what settings I adjust, it doesn't work. The stream keeps lagging and freezing. In other words, a smooth stream is not maintained even for 2 seconds. What settings should I adjust? I will share the settings I have made myself. What are the possible mistakes or omissions in my settings, and how can I broadcast smoothly without freezing?
