Structuring web pages with HTML: centering text, changing font size, and adding dividing lines.

Hey Coders!

I have a question. I have been studying HTML5 a lot. I want to know how I can structure a web page with HTML, such as centering text, adding lines, changing font size only using HTML, "if possible". I want to know if it is possible to do that or if I would need to use CSS to style.

To help you understand me, I want to give the page a basic design. Color, font size, dividing lines, or something like that.

First, I want to master HTML really well before moving on to another language.
